"There was a lot of input on their part, Vince, a very hands-on owner, was really proactive with suggestions. He never pushed me, but we always openly discussed a lot of things. It was never supposed to be a large project, but it worked because we were able to let the project evolve naturally as we got to certain stages, I never envisioned a project this big, but I would have never done anything this huge if I didn't have a high level of confidence and trust in working with someone like Vince and his team. We hit a home run; they were all proud of the project and even took pictures.
